Three decades of planning and winning Ballot & Issue Advocacy campaigns is not something many media buying agencies can tout.

Winton Campaign Associates has won some of the most contentious political and advocacy campaigns of our time. Let us put that track record to work for you

About WCA

Our CEO, Cindy Winton, has been planning and placing media since 1992 when she joined Goddard Claussen/First Tuesday as a lead media buyer on the Health Insurance Association of America campaign, which later became known as the legendary “Harry & Louise” campaign.

In the early 2000s, she formed a partnership and opened GCW Media Services (now Winton Campaign Associates) where the winning strategies have continued. She and her team have done it all. From Congressional battles to independent expenditures, from statewide ballot measures to legislative and advocacy issues, public awareness to educational campaigns and more.

On the national stage or in your own backyard and with more than a half billion dollars placed, there's not a state we haven't placed in or an issue we haven't tackled.
